Day 35 — I had an experience that gave me an insight I am still trying to put into adequate words.

Something happened today.
That has happened more than once during this journey. Sometimes the understanding arrives before the language does. I can recognize that something matters without yet being able to explain precisely why.
My old instinct would have been to keep working at it until I produced a neat sentence. I am learning not to do that. An unfinished insight is not a failed insight. I can carry it for a while. Let other experiences touch it. Notice what changes. Notice what remains.
For now, that is enough. It is an honest place to leave something I am still trying to put into adequate words.
